Enhancement | You can now extract maximum quantity limits, protection plans, return policy, and shipping details directly from the Target BuyBox. What's NewWe’ve enhanced our RedCircle API to include four additional BuyBox fields: - Maximum Order Quantity - Protection Plans - Return Policy - Shipping Details These new data points give you a fuller view of each seller’s offering and fulfillment approach. How to Use ItThese fields are now automatically included in the structured BuyBox response when present on the page—no additional parameters or configuration required. Just query a Target product and review the updated BuyBox object in the API response. What This Means for YouThis update unlocks new use cases around compliance auditing, seller performance analysis, and competitive intelligence. Whether you’re tracking return windows, fulfillment options, or warranty upsells, you’ll now have richer visibility into what Target sellers are offering and how. Update Type | Get Fresh GTIN Lookup Results When You Need Them |

Enhancement | We’ve added a new parameter that gives you more control over GTIN-to-product matching. You can now bypass cached results and trigger a fresh lookup when accuracy and recency matter most. What’s NewPreviously when you queried a GTIN, the API returned the cached match if that GTIN had been processed before—sometimes as long as 60 days ago. While this worked for most use cases, it could occasionally lead to: - Stale or outdated product data - Failed lookups for newly added or updated products - Incorrect mappings that needed a retry With this enhancement, you can now skip the cache by including: "skip_gtin_cache": true This triggers a brand-new lookup from source, bypassing any stored mapping. What This Means for YouThis enhancement gives you greater confidence in GTIN data freshness and accuracy—especially when: - Troubleshooting missing or mis-mapped GTINs - Re-checking coverage gaps for new listings - Validating product catalog updates in real time Requests using skip_gtin_cache=true will consume 2 credits by default, and may use additional credits if multiple book formats or editions are returned as part of the fresh lookup. Enhancement | We’ve launched two new features to help you save money and reduce billing-related disruptions. 1. Switch to an Annual Plan & Save Up to 20%You can now upgrade to an Annual Plan and enjoy up to 20% in savings over monthly billing. It’s the same API you rely on, just with more value and fewer invoices. Many customers are switching to annual to simplify billing and lock in long-term savings. How to switch to an Annual Plan: 1. Log in to your account 2. Navigate to Account in the left-hand navigation 3. Go to Plan & Payment 4. Click Choose a Plan, then select your preferred Annual Plan Log in to your account to get started and switch to an annual plan today! 2. Add a Backup Credit Card to Acvoid DisruptionsYou can now add a secondary credit card to your account. If your primary card fails (due to expiration, fraud blocks, or insufficient funds), we’ll automatically attempt to charge your backup — helping you avoid account suspension and API service interruptions. How to add a backup card: 1. Log in to your account 2. Navigate to Account in the left-hand navigation 3. Go to Plan & Payment 4. Click Manage Payment Method 5. Click Add a New Card and enter your backup credit card details 6. You can set it as default at any time with the Set as Default option Log in to your account to manage your payment methods. | Business Update As a result of significant growth, our infrastructure — namely the dynamic routing of traffic to accommodate high volume customers — has recently required updates. Reworking architecture patterns and proxy configurations has taken us a fair amount of time, which in turn has led to some slower customer issue resolution. We'd like to assure you that we’ve identified and corrected the infrastructural shortcomings, and the outcome is a 50% increase in infrastructure and proxy capacity. New Feature | In-store Stock Status API released A new request type has been added to RedCircle to retrieve In-store Stock status. Running a request with type=stock_status will retrieve in-store stock levels for the requested tcin for up to 20 Target stores within a 50-mile radius of the supplied stock_status_zipcode .
