Real Time vs. Batches

When using SerpWow, you have the flexibility to execute searches in real-time or in batches, depending on your specific needs.

Real Time Searches

Real-time searches provide instant, on-demand data retrieval without any caching. This means every search request fetches fresh, current data directly from Google, ensuring the latest information every time. Real-time searches are best suited for dynamic needs where immediate responses are essential, while batch processing works well for scheduled, large-scale data collection and analysis.

Batch Processing

Batch processing is ideal for managing large-scale, scheduled searches, allowing you to group up to 15,000 searches per batch (or 100 when including HTML in responses). Batches can be scheduled to run automatically—daily, weekly, monthly, or on-demand—and results are available in JSON, JSON Lines, or CSV formats.

You can even set webhooks to notify you when a batch completes, making it easier to integrate results into your workflow.

Batches are processed efficiently without impacting your monthly search quota, and you can set up webhooks to notify you when each batch completes. Batch results are accessible for 14 days after they’re generated, and batches expire after two months of inactivity
